Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

    Press the tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
