Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    After pressing, cut the tofu into thick slices and marinate it in a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper for about 10 minutes.
