Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of white fish (e.g. cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups mixed greens (e.g. spinach, arugula, and romaine)
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions
