Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
