Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 wooden or metal skewers
  • Pita bread, for serving
  • Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions), for serving
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions
