Ingredients

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 lemon, sliced (optional for garnish)

    In a large baking dish, arrange the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up. Surround them with carrots, zucchinis, and red onion wedges.
