  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (optional)

Instructions
