  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
