Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried lentils (green or brown)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions
