Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 pinch of black pepper (optional)

    Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chili, cilantro, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the eggs. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
