Ingredients

  • 400g paneer, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
