Slice the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds and stems.

Layer the roasted peppers on top of the hummus, add fresh spinach leaves, and sprinkle with feta cheese or sliced cucumbers if using.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps and slice in half to serve.
