Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili paste, lime juice, and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the beef, marinating for at least 10 minutes.
While the beef marinates, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil and carefully lower in the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for a soft yolk. Remove and immerse in cold water. Once cooled, peel and set aside.
