Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. 2

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

  3. 3

Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook until soft, about 2 minutes.

  4. 4

Add chopped spinach, crumbled paneer, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook until spinach wilts and paneer is heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with fresh coriander.

  6. 6

Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave. Spoon the filling onto each tortilla and wrap tightly.

  7. 7

Serve immediately with a side of yogurt or your favorite chutney.
