Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Drain and press the tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.

    While pressing the tofu, prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.

    Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and add them to the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes.

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
