Ingredients

  • โ€ข1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • โ€ข1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • โ€ข1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • โ€ข1 cup broccoli florets
  • โ€ข2 cloves garlic, minced
  • โ€ข1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • โ€ข2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • โ€ข1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • โ€ข1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • โ€ข2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

    Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
