Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup water
