Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Fresh lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
  • Optional: hot sauce or seasonings to taste

Instructions

    In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
