Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
