Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
